Synopsis
The Do Drop In
A must-see stage play about a local bar in Harlem, New York. It’s owned by Joe, the bartender, and his wife, Shelly. The bar’s “Happy Hour” is nothing short of drama, comedy, and tragedy with its twenty- two patrons.
It’s frequented daily by Sam the alcoholic businessman, Richard the disgruntled employee, Charles and Margaret the fighting husband and wife, Marta the schizophrenic, Michael the college student, Sid the homeless man, Sean the drug dealer, Mrs. Rose the abusive wife, Roxie the troubled jazz singer, the adulteress Katie, Darrell the husband prostituting his wife Sheri, Sabina the bar drunk, and a host of other misfits.
